When creating this series of designs for 1984 I wanted a design that is going to convey the events of the book. After reading the book you will know that the dystopian society has its people constantly monitored. I incorporated that by using the eyes and camera which are both distinct images that relate to watching something. I went with “Constructivist” Design overall for both the poster and book cover.
